Can you really bother to begin to trust his journalistic opinions and critiques of the banking industry after this? He’s basically a public lobbyist for BOfA. I don’t agree with Taibbi, but I can trust that his opinions of banks and the credit crisis are honestly held and favor a journalistic standard rather than a weird mix between that and a corporate standard.
